Microchip's eServices portal is designed to provide a multitude of resources to Microchip Employees and broad spectrum of business partners. Registration and authorization are required to view, download or submit information on Microchip's eServices portal. You will be prompted when a trying to access a page that require authorization.

Applications

Supplier Process Change Notification (SPCN)

SPCN is one of eService suite of applications, which is used by the Subcons, Foundry, Component Vendors and Contract Manufacturers  to submit a Part/Process Change Notification to Microchip. Once the request is submitted, the request will be reviewed by Microchip and outcome will be shared with requestor.

Document / Specification Distribution

Document/Specification Distribution is one of eService suite of applications, which is used by the Subcons, Supplier and Foundry to download Controlled Documents and Specifications from Microchip Document Control.

Bonding Diagrams, Special Processing Instructions are some example of controlled Microchip documents which will be available in this application.

Accessing this application is a two-step process:

  1. Partners must register themselves with Microchip. After registration login to eServices to request access for this application. Microchip Document Control will process the request and grant access.
  2. Once access granted, users can launch the application to view/download documents.

Registered users will receive notifications from Microchip when documents are released/revised.

Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR)

SCAR is one of eService suite of applications used by Microchip to issue Supplier Corrective Actions to the Supplier, Subcons and Foundry.

Request will be initiated by Microchip user and registered SCAR supplier / subcon / foundry contact will be notified via email about the corrective action. The application will guide the user to submit the Containment and Corrective action and 8D reports to Microchip.

All the notifications between Microchip user and Subcons are handled via email. Reminder emails will be sent to users as due date approaches for report submission.

  1. Partners must register themselves with Microchip. After registration login to eServices to request access for this application. Microchip Document Control will process the request and grant access.
  2. Once access granted, users can launch the application to view/submit/track SCAR requests.

Hazardous Substances Process Management (HSPM)

HSPM is one of Microchip’s eService suite of applications which is used by Assembly subcons to submit Bill of Material information for assembly packages and to submit reports for HSPM directives.

Subcons will be able to build the BOM for a Microchip package and submit the information to Microchip for review and approval.

  1. Partners must register themselves with Microchip. After registration login to eServices to request access for this application. Microchip Document Control will process the request and grant access.
  2. Once access granted, users can launch the application to view/submit/track BOM and Report submission.

Test Setup Option (TSO)

TSO is one of Microchip’s eService suite of applications which is used to notify subcons when there is a revision to the Test Setup Options. User interface enables users to view and download TSO documents.

TSO will notify subcons whenever there is an update to the data elements like warrants a Test Setup Option revision. Location based daily notifications via email are sent out to registered users. 

TSO also has a web user interface online application where both subcons and Microchip users will be able to view and download TSO documents.

  1. Partners must register themselves with Microchip. After registration login to eServices to request access for this application. Microchip Document Control will process the request and grant access.
  2. Once access granted, users can launch the application to view/download TSO documents

Subcon Lot Disposition (SLD)

Employees and broad spectrumSLD is one of Microchip’s eservice suite of applications which caters the need to handle lot dispositions for sub-contractors

SLD is a workflow-based application which helps subcons to initiate and track a disposition when there is an issue with the lots handled by them.

Once the disposition is initiated by subcons, system will automatically route the disposition to appropriate or designated Microchip personnel, post which subcons will be communicated on the steps to handle the disposition.

All the notifications between Microchip user and Subcons are handled via email.

Both sub-contractors and Microchip users will be able to access the online application to view the current status of the disposition, initiate a disposition OR action on the already existing disposition.

Accessing this application is a two-step process:

  1. Partners must register themselves with Microchip. After registration login to eServices to request access for this application. Microchip Document Control will process the request and grant access.
  2. Once access granted, users can launch the application to view/track/submit Lot Disposition requests.
  3. Internal Microchip users should be added to the corresponding group (Assembly, Final Test & Wafer Sort) to access their corresponding dispositions. Users can submit a service now ticket requesting access for the appropriate groups.

Partner Dropbox

This application will be used by subcons to share files to internal MCHP user which includes(Inventory data,Plan of record,Distributor POS Data)

Design Partner Portal (DPP)

This application is for Authorized Design Partners to submit and manage their design registrations.

Issue and Project Request Management (IPRM)

This is one of the eServices suites of work-flow-driven applications that will help the MCHP users and partners to collaborate and address critical and time-sensitive issues by submitting a case through this application.

SubCon Lot Management (SLM)

This application helps subcon to view Lot Information, Split a Lot, Merge Lots and Microchip Label Printing.


Accessing this application is a two-step process:

1. Partners must register themselves with Microchip. After registration login to eServices to request access for this application. Microchip Document Control will process the request and grant access.

2. Once access granted, users can launch the application to view/split/merge/print Lot requests.
